Galveston District Approves Danza del Rio Mitigation Bank: Credits Released & Available!

The Corps of Engineers, Galveston District issued their final approval of Delta’s Danza del Rio Mitigation Bank, located in Brazoria County, Texas.  The Danza del Rio Mitigation Bank can now offset forested riverine impacts for permit applicants in Southeast Texas.
The 888.4-acre bank site is part of a 984.4-acre footprint and will generate chemical, physical and biological credits through the restoration of bottomland hardwoods and forested riverine wetlands.  The site has already served as an approved permittee-responsible mitigation solution for five pipeline projects traversing the area.
