Sara joined Delta in 2011 as an executive assistant, but she never actually assisted the executives all that much. They are much too self-sufficient for such coddling. Instead she fills her time managing employee benefits, processing payroll and accounts payables, as well as assisting with any other duties that may pop up, such as event planning or figuring out how to keep that paragraph from disappearing on page 34 of the document template. The latter skill appears rather mystical, but really she is just good at clicking on stuff.
