Stephen joined the Delta team in the spring of 2018. He offers 12 years of regulatory, project management, and ecological experience to our technical team in Texas. Stephen graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries Science and an emphasis in Wildlife and Fisheries Management. With extensive experience in environmental consulting, Stephen’s permitting background provides an additional technical element to Delta’s Houston office. As Project Manager, his focuses the majority of his time consulting with permit applicants on Permittee-Responsible Mitigation solutions and drafting Mitigation Banking Instruments in the Fort Worth and Galveston Corps Districts. Working closely with the permittee, he establishes a strong line of communication to provide technically sound mitigation solutions to permit applicants that meet regulatory requirements as well as permit timeframes.
