Eric joined Delta’s ecological team in September 2024 and supports Texas operations. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Rangeland Ecology & Management from Texas A&M University in 2005. Prior to joining Delta, Eric held various positions in environmental consulting, oil & gas, and renewable energy industries compiling over 15 years of environmental assessment and Clean Water Act permitting experience across OR, CA, NM, AZ, TX, OK, LA, and MS. His industry experience routinely included project management, siting analysis, wetland delineations, species habitat assessments, and permitting with federal and state agencies. In support of our Texas operations, Eric manages the performance monitoring for mitigation banks and PRM sites, plays a role in mitigation site identification, assessment, and selection, and assists in developing mitigation banking instruments and PRM plans in the Fort Worth and Galveston Corps Districts.
