NEW HABITAT, NEW SERVICE AREAS

In addition to the aforementioned, new amendment acreage, Delta is happy to announce that we will soon have Pine Flatwood Savannah (PFS) credits available at Bunchs Creek Wetland Mitigation Bank in the Calcasieu River Basin of Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana. The site measures 165.01 acres and comprises 18.04 acres of BLH preservation, 9.24 acres of flatwoods pond habitat rehabilitation, 15.47 acres of upland longleaf pine rehabilitation and 122.26 acres of PFS habitat rehabilitation with a projected approval date of early 2018.  Bunchs Creek PFS credits will provide offset impacts to wetlands occurring in the historic range of longleaf pine, as well as wet pine stands occurring in the Calcasieu and Mermentau River Basin.
