Connor joined Delta’s ecological team as an intern in early 2019 and became a full-time employee in early 2020. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resource Ecology and Management from LSU’s Department of Renewable Natural Resources. His coursework and his internships gave him the opportunity advance in wildlife and wetland management, as well as general ecology and ArcGIS. Connor completed a wetland delineation course offered through LSU’s department of Coastal and Environmental Science during the fall of 2019. During his time with Delta, Connor has developed skills and/or a better understanding of data collection, plant identification, policies governing mitigation banking, and reporting. A love of anything and everything related to the outdoors has driven Connor to pursue a career managing natural resources.
