Daniel’s advanced work experience has gained him recognition as one of the most respected in the industry. Daniel is certified as a Professional Wetland Scientist through the Society of Wetland Scientists; a Certified Wildlife Biologist through The Wildlife Society; a Certified Ecological Restoration Practitioner through the Society for Ecological Restoration, and a Certified Forester thought the Society of American Foresters. A graduate of Louisiana State University, Daniel obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife and Fisheries in 1995 with minors Zoology, Forestry and Botany and a Bachelor of Science in Forestry in 1996. In 2001, Daniel received a Masters of Natural Science with a major in Geography and a minor in Oceanography and Coastal Science.

Daniel has over 15 years of environmental experience, with project experience in Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. His background and areas of expertise include habitat restoration, wetlands mitigation banking, wetlands delineation, geographic information systems and remote sensing as well as threatened and endangered species. Daniel has previous work experience with C-K Associates as a Natural Resources Specialist and with Resource Environmental Solutions as their Senior Vice President of Ecological Resources. Delta Land welcomed Daniel in the summer of 2010, and his addition has been notable. He leads the technical team with proficiency and professionalism, juggling multiple projects and permits daily.
