Paul joined Delta’s land team in early 2017. He is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Land and Resource Management. Before joining Delta, Paul worked as a Petroleum Landman for Liberty Resources, Inc. where he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the land department which include conducting records reviews, title searches, due diligence examinations, acquiring oil and gas leases and rights-of-way, preparing and obtaining curative materials, and other related mineral and operational rights. Other responsibilities include participating in prospect development strategy, negotiating contracts, working with regulatory and governmental agencies. His experience in dealing with landowners and negotiating acquisitions and joint operations make him a valued employee at Delta Land Services.
