Delta Land Services, L.L.C. (Delta) was recently selected by Sasol North America Inc. to provide a comprehensive wetland mitigation solution to compensate for permitted wetland impacts as required under section 404 of the Clean Water Act. The mitigation solution will offset impacts associated with the construction of Sasol’s ethane cracker and GTL projects in Westlake, LA. The restoration and preservation of Delta’s South Fork Mitigation Area will serve as the mitigation site for the project. The approximate 2,000-acre parcel of land is located in the cusp of the coastal prairie and coastal marsh of Southwest Louisiana.
